About Adam J. Menconi

History

Adam Menconi grew up in Northern California and is the son of an entrepreneur, gained many insights into the advantages and challenges of owning your own business. He learned early on through his Father's work in financial planning, business start-ups, and commercial real estate development that "not having a boss" is the only job he wanted.

After studying abroad in Hawaii, Japan and Italy, Adam finished his formal education in Southern California, where he received his degree in Business Marketing with a concentration in International Business and a minor in Communications. Upon graduation, he began the process of opening quick serve restaurants in Sonoma County, California. From the first restaurant to the seventh, from the first employee to the ninetieth, he has handled countless aspects of business development as well as dealt with numerous forms of employee issues.

After developing the restaurants, Adam stepped down as the Chief Operating Officer of JAM Enterprises LLC, the management company which ran the business and became the President of Deluca Investments LLC, a real estate development company in Northern California that specializes in both commercial and residential value creation developments and has multiple projects in Northern California, New Mexico, Texas as well as other Western States.

Mission

Through working in residential and commercial development, Adam encountered the need for great development brokers who not only understood the costs, advantages and potential problems of development but could aggressively shop properties that were not currently for sale. Adam realized that there were many residential agents listing and selling development property who truly did not understand the costs associated with development and were poorly advising their clients.

Due to this void in the market, Adam decided to work with other investors and developers who wanted to increase their portfolio and maximize their return on investment through increased market knowledge, strategic wealth planning, development and comprehensive implementation.

Philosophy

Adams works as a real estate agent with RE/MAX Central Santa Rosa - Commercial Division where after selling over 13 Million in Sales his first year, he continues to be a top performer in Sonoma County. He is also the President of the North Bay Entrepreneurs Association, a non-profit organization that specializes in continued education for investors, developers and small business owners throughout Sonoma County.
